How independent will the different threads of the Foreworld be? Would there be separate message boards for each thread? Would the fan produced stuff carry over or be also independent? What about usernames, stats...?

It's very to adjust the transitions between frames, I think the youtube video shows the Sozi interface. There's only about three things you can play with: the transition time, the time it stays at each frame, and whether or not to do it automatically or let the user navigate it (try using the arrow keys and the scroll wheel).

The last "slide" is set to pause at the end of it (that's actually the default option), otherwise it goes into a loop. I'll put up another example, and I'll try to make a list of ideas of things that we can do with your flowcharts that can add value to the story.
