Suggestions - Full Screen Mode

It would be nice to have a feature where, once I start reading, I can go to full screen mode so that all I can see is the page text (or illustrations). Not all eyes are built the same, age, too many hours coding.. :) So being able to blow up the text without other stuff like naviagation or side bars.. would be useful.. A button or escape could allow the user to return to the normal view..
